Cordoba’s Natural Heritage

Cordoba’s Natural Heritage

Our natural heritage is perhaps the most precious inheritance handed down to us by our ancestors, and Cordoba has some of the most varied natural habitats in the whole Iberian Peninsula.

The 3,000 year-old city is located in the fertile Guadalquivir valley, and although mainly known for its historical and cultural heritage, also features an impressive range of mountains within walking distance from the city.
