El Quejigo: An exciting blend of Nature and Culture
Only 19 Km. from the city of Cordoba lies the country farm called "El Quejigo", nestling in 550 hectares of picturesque countryside full of interesting wildlife. It is close enough to Cordoba to easily make cultural visits to the city, which has been declared Heritage of Mankind.
The welcoming interiors are tastefully decorated, with many items of furniture traditionally made in the local area.
There are three superior category apartments with one, two and three bedrooms respectively, and with fully-equipped kitchen, open log fire and TV. Outside the accommodation is a large terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside of the Sierra (hills) of Cordoba.
The swimming pool blends perfectly into this impressive setting, and helps to create a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The delicious breakfasts are made with organic products.
We also have a small shop selling organic goods, natural produce and objects made by local craftsmen.
