Rafael Orozco Piano Festival

The Rafael Orozco Piano Festival was created in 2002 by the City Council of Cordoba with the dual purpose of honoring the memory of the great, internationally renowned pianist from Cordoba, Rafael Orozco, and establishing Cordoba as a leading center for piano music.

Since then, every November, Cordoba has hosted renowned pianists with international acclaim, as well as laureates of the most prestigious international competitions (Leeds, Warsaw, Moscow, Brussels, Santander, Tel Aviv, Cleveland, etc.).

Pianists from more than thirty countries have visited us over the years, creating a loyal audience that eagerly anticipates the festival each year.
